Yoga For Kids

A Yoga practice just for kids ages 7-10

Kids can benefit from a yoga practice too!  We will practice breathing exercises, yoga poses and relaxation; all presented in ways that encourage calm, focus and confidence, while having fun and learning about/with your body.  We will even try a short meditation practice! 

Come to one or all 3 classes!  A perfect chance to try something new!

Posture Basics Workshop

Triangle and The Dogs: Upward & Downward

A tune up for your yoga practice!  Explore the basics of Triangle, Downward and Upward Dog poses with hands on adjusting for proper allignment and maximum benefits.  This workshop will change the way your practice feels and will bring more balance and ease to your poses. 

*Topics/Focus will change monthly.  Suggestions welcome.

Breathing and Meditation


Join me as we learn ways to incorporate mindful breathing and meditation into our daily routines. Time provided for instruction, practice and personal reflection/questions.  All are welcome. 

Practice seated on the floor or in chairs.  

Wednesdays at 6pm  $10 per class.

Walk ins welcome.
