Rachel Little RYT-200

My name is Rachel Little and I am truly honored and grateful to share the practice of yoga with others.  Yoga has changed my life and how I view the people and world around me. 

I completed my Yoga training with Paula Scopino of Sacred Rivers Yoga in 2010, and I teach to a wide range of needs and abilities.  I offer Gentle, Restorative, Therapeutic, Prenatal and Kids yoga classes as well as Beginner's, All Levels yoga and Yoga for Strength. 

Through this practice, I have gained strength, balance, confidence, energy and overall better health. 

I look forward to meeting you to discuss how yoga can make a positive impact on your life.
